Shipping Information

Home Delivery & Shipping costs within the 48 Contiguous States
All orders will be shipped UPS Ground and will be delivered within 5 to 10 business days (depending on the destination) after your order is processed. Since each diaper cake is made to order, please allow four business days for processing.
A home delivery shipment may be left at the front door of a residence if no one is available to sign for the package. Home Delivery packages may also be left with neighbors if the delivery carrier determines this to be a proper course of action. If neither of these two scenarios is desirable to the Buyer, you may elect to have your package delivered to your place of business. Most business deliveries require a signature and will guarantee a more secure and prompt delivery.
All local deliveries will be delivered by our personal courier and are subject to the delivery fee of $10.95.
You may purchase shipping insurance for $1.75. Although it is not mandatory, I highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance.

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided
Packages shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer and/or packages returned to Diaper Creations do to an incorrect delivery address provided by customer, will be subject to "address correction" shipping charges and buyer understands that these charges will be automatically billed to buyer's credit card. Orders that are later due to an incorrect address provided by the customer are also subject to actual shipping charges. Once I receive the package back I will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost. Requests for packages to be shipped again will be subject to additional shipping charges.
